摘要
以大功率变速箱中的内斜齿齿圈为分析对象,通过对内斜齿齿圈制造过程中影响精度的切削变形和热处理变形等因素进行分析,提出了一套内斜齿齿圈制造精度分析与控制的工艺方法,为今后开展此类零件制造提供了技术支撑。
The inner helical gear ring in high power transmission is used as analysis object. Through the analysis of cut- ting deformation and heat treatment deformation of the manufacturing process, a method to analyze and control the manufac- turing precision of inner helical gear ring is presented, providing technical support for the future to carry out such parts manufacturing.
