摘要
应用有限元计算软件SYSWELD对货车底门拼焊过程进行了数值模拟分析。分析了不同焊接装配工艺方案的焊接变形,发现了焊接过程变形规律,获得了可接受的变形,使变形位置出现在最容易校正的位置,结合生产现场条件,确定了最优化的工艺方案。
Clamping and welding process of truck bottom door has been numerical simulation analysis with finite element software of calculation SYSWELD. Welding deformation of different assembly process program has been analyzed, deforma- tion rules of welding process has been found, and receivable deformation has been obtained. Then deformation appeared in the easiest corrected position, and with production site condition the optimized process program has been confirmed.
