蒸汽发生器返修施工技术

摘要 对某炼油厂芳烃项目二联合高温高压热交换器——反应流出物蒸汽发生器在运行过程中换热管与管板接头处发生泄漏及返修过程进行了详细介绍,通过制定合理、可靠的返修施工方案,最大程度地降低了此接头再次发生泄漏的可能性,此经验可为类似管头的泄漏问题提供借鉴。 The used as reaction certain refinery leakage process of the high temperature & high pressure heat exchanger which is effluent steam generator in aromatic hydrocarbon project No. 2 unit plant of a and its repair process were detailed. The safety operation after the repair proves that the repair construction plan is reasonable and reliable, and can minimize the possibility of the weld joint to leak again, which can be taken as examples for similar heat exchanger weld joint leakage problems.
