摘要
液化天然气在储存和运输过程中会产生一定量的泄放气体。对橇装式液化天然气加气站泄放气体的两种处理方法进行了简单介绍。通过比较后得知,泄放气体经过斯特林制冷机再液化后可实现二次利用,也能体现节能减排的要求,同时从不同工况下最大安全泄放量,加热器换热面积和长度,星型翅片管排列方式等方面对泄放气体加热器的设计进行了介绍。
During the process of liquefied natural gas(LNG)storage and transportation, escape air gas (EAG) will be released. Two treating methods of EAG from skid-mounted LNG fueling station were introduced, and comparison of the two methods shows that EAG reutilization can be achieved through the Stirling refrigerator re-liquefaction technology and further energy conservation and emission reduction can be obtained. Simultaneously, EAG heater design calculation method covering the maximum safety relief amount, heat exchange area and length of LNG heater and arranging mode of star type fin pipe etc. was introduced.
