摘要
对烷基苯装置脱烷烃塔分离效果的影响因素进行了分析,指出分离效果不佳的原因是由塔内件设计、分配器以及填料选型等方面存在问题所导致。采取了增加闪蒸进料器、更换三级导板窄槽式液体分布器以及更改新型填料等措施,工业应用的结果表明,塔顶烷基苯的损失小于0.5%(质量分数)且塔底粗烷基苯中不含烷烃,这两项指标均达到预期工艺设计的目的。在烷基苯回收率得到大幅度提高的同时,整个烷基苯装置的操作费用也有所降低。
Through the analysis of various factors and affect separating of paraffin tower of alkylbenzene unit, causes existing in tower internal design, liquid distributor and packing type selection were found and corresponding improvement measures including adding flash feeder, replacing of slot liquid distributor with three-stage guide plate and new type of packing etc. were taken. Industrial application showed that expected process design indexes were achieved with a tower top loss than 0.5%(mass fraction) and no alkanes in tower bottom crude alkylbenzene. As a result, alkylbenzene recovery rate has been greatly improved as well as operation cost of the whole unit has been reduced.
