我国西南地区中等职业教育的空间分布与均衡发展

The spatial distribution and balanced development of the secondary vocational education in five provinces of southwest China

我国西南地区在国家安全、民族发展等方面具有重要战略意义。本文分析了位于西南地区的重庆市、四川省、广西壮族自治区、云南省、贵州省五个市、省、区的中等职业教育空间分布状况与发展特征。基于在中等职业教育的空间分布、办学规模、师资队伍、办学条件等方面的比较,五个省区市不论在域内还是在彼此之间,都存在较大的区域差异,中等职业教育的发展极不均衡。要推进西南地区中等职业教育的均衡发展,应进一步调整中等职业教育的布局和发展方式,加大宏观调控,充分发挥行业和企业的参与作用,加强专业建设,促进多元化办学,强化教师队伍建设,实现中等职业教育与区域经济社会发展之间的良性互动。

Southwest China is strategically important in such aspects as our eco construction,national security and development as well as poverty eradication,which relies on the training of the talents.The secondary vocational education is an efficient way for training such application oriented talents in a given region.This study gives a comparative study of the spatial distribution and developmental characteristics of secondary vocational education in Chongqing,Sichuan,Guangxi,Yunnan,and Guizhou of China.Furthermore,it puts forward some suggestions for the balanced development of secondary vocational education in southwest China.
