应用型大学全日制工程硕士教育质量研究及思考

The Research and Reflection on Education Quality of Full-time Master of Engineering in Applied Universities

摘要 应用型大学是经济发展的人才储备基地,也是我国工程硕士的培养单位。调研基于学生满意度角度,从学习过程和学习结果两方面对应用型大学全日制工程硕士教育质量进行分析。研究发现,超过70%的应用型大学工程硕士对自身学校的工程硕士教育质量表示满意,但培养过程中也存在课程实践性低、校外导师指导不利、校企合作不够紧密等问题。 As the main body cultivating master of engineering, applied universities are the essential part in Master of Engineering education. Based on the perspective of student satisfaction, the education quality of Master of Engineering was analyzed from two aspects : learning process and learning outcome. According to the survey, more than 70 percent of the students are satisfied with the quality of Master of Engineering education, but there are many problems among the training process, such as the low practicability in curriculum process, the irresponsible guidance of enterprise tutor, and the slack cooperation between school and enterprise etc.
