摘要
近年来,我国恐怖活动犯罪频繁发生,且呈现出新的特点与态势。通过研究辨析恐怖活动犯罪的性质,以准确认定该犯罪,同时研究分析该犯罪的新特点及趋势,针对恐怖活动犯罪中的侦查难点提出有效的应对措施,对我国反恐工作具有重要的参考价值和实践意义。
In recent years, the terrorism crime occurs frequently in our country, and presents the new characteristics and trends. By analyzing the nature of the terrorism crime, accurately identifying the crime, and analyzing the new characteristics of the crime trend at the same time, the article puts forward effective measures to cope with the situation for the terrorism crime investigation, and processes important reference value and practical significance to fight against terrorism in our country.
