Research on Intelligence Management in the Perspective of the Big Data

情报处置是侦查工作的重要内容,对于提高犯罪打击精度有着重要意义。进入大数据时代后情报处置体系框架和机制规则应时发生变化,考虑新的变量加入后情报处置的重新配置促成侦查效益的提升。本文研究从剖析情报处置的内涵入手厘清情报处置的核心行为,继而分析情报处置所面对的客观环境的变化判断情报处置在环境变迁之后所面对的挑战和机遇,最终设计路由以保证情报处置能够在情况变化的情况下效用不减反增。

Intelligence management is the important part of the criminal investigation, and also important for raising the accuracy of striking crime. In the times of the big data, the intelligence management has changes a lot in the pace with time not only in the system but also in the mechanism. How to make criminal investigation effectiveness improved by the rearrangement of the intelligence management has to be taken into consideration. The paper analyzes the core of the intelligence management which has faced many challenges and opportunities with time changed. And the paper designs the anew system that makes sure the intelligence management still plays the key role in the criminal investigation today and in the future.
