网络水军的识别与治理

The Recognition and Management of Network Navy

"网络水军"已经成为互联网发展过程中的普遍现象,其数量规模成倍数增长,对网络环境造成巨大污染,危害性极大。根据以往的案例研究,网络水军的识别特征已经较为明显,具体表现为热点事件二次高峰的出现、固定模板的使用、互动信息的缺失、情感抒发的偏激以及个别注册账号的异常。目前,针对"网络水军"的治理已经有了较大起色,但是在技术、法律法规以及国家引导等方面仍存在一些不足,需要更进一步加强治理力度。

The ＂Network Navy＂ has become a common phenomenon in the development of Internet and its quantity scale has multiplied at an astonishing rate. Besides, it has posed a great pollution to the network environment. Therefore, its harms are great. According to the previous cases study, the recognition features of network navy have been evident, its concrete embodies are as follows： the secondary peak＇s appearance of hot issues, the use of fixed templates, the lack of interactive information, the extreme of emotional expressions and the anomaly of individual accounts. At present, in view of the management of network navy, a large improvement has been achieved. However, in terms of technology, laws and regulations as well as national guide, there are still some deficiencies, which needs further strength and management. Then how to correctly recognize and regulate the network navy has become the consensus of the whole society and one of the urgent problems to be solved.
