公安民警在执行公务时,经常会遇到人民群众因各种意外事故、故意伤害和突发疾病导致的伤亡,严重危及人民群众的人身安全。保护公民的人身安全是警察的重要职责,熟练掌握现场急救技能,及时采取急救措施,可以有效降低伤亡率。民警掌握急救技术也能及时自救、互救,提高执法安全性。虽然现场急救与警械、武器使用同是警务实战训练的基础内容,但由于各种条件的限制,相比之下民警的现场急救能力还有一定差距,急需通过正规、系统的培训得以提高。

In the implementation of official duties, police officers often encounter the people in trouble due to a variety of accidents, intentional injuries and sudden illness, seriously endangering the people＇s personal safety. Protecting the personal safety of citizens is the important duty of the police. Mastering the first aid skills and timely taking first aid measures can effectively reduce the casualty rate. The police mastering first aid technologies can also help themselves in time, and improve the safety of law enforcement. The first aid and apparatuses, weapons use are the basis contents of police combat training, but due to various reasons, there are some gaps in comparison. We need formal and systematic training to improve the police＇s first aid ability.
