公安现役边防检查站士官参与执法研究述评

公安边防士官检查员参与现役边防检查站执勤执法已成为越来越关注的问题。但目前相关专著较少,论文来源刊物层次不高。研究内容主要集中在边防检查站的行政执法主体地位、边防检查员的执法资格、士官边防检查员准入机制、士官边防检查员培训机制、士官边防检查员岗位设置等方面。因此,士官边防检查员参与执法还有很大的理论研究空间,需要强化研究意识,加强士官边防检查员重点岗位执法研究,拓展士官边防检查员招录模式。
