摘要
知识经济时代背景下,传统的学习理论已经不能适应当前的学习机制,大学教育迎来了网络数字化革命。公安高等院校打造具有公安特色的专业慕课学堂,是对网络数字化时代警务人才培养要求的理性回应。基于西门思联通主义学习理论,公安专业课程慕课学堂是以学生为中心设计起点,以职业创新人才培养为目标的,以警院师生和专业警种共同参与构建的网络化立体学习系统。
In the era of knowledge-driven economy background, traditional learning theory can't adapt to the current learning mechanism and university education ushered in the digital revolution. The structure of MOOC Learning-room is a rational response to the police personnel training requirements in the network digital era. Siemens' study theory of Connectionism specializes in public security professional courses, which is a center of MOOC design for students' occupation, and the cultivation of innovative talents. All police students and professional policemen jointly participate in the construction of network learning system.
