摘要
在工程中,控制阀额定液体压力恢复系数F_L是通过多次流体实验,统计数据结果得到的值。在这个过程中,周期长,所花费的研发成本较高。本文通过数值模拟,运用CFD软件Fluent,采用介质水、水蒸气做两相流模拟,对调节阀发生阻塞流的情况做仿真分析,并统计模拟结果,得出控制阀额定液体压力恢复系数FL的值。
In the project, the control valve rated fluid pressure recovery coefficient FL is obtained by the results of multiple fluid experiments and statistical data. In this process, the cycle is long, the cost of research and development costs higher. In this paper, CFD software Fluent is used to simulate the flow of the control valve by using two-phase flow of medium water and water vapor. The simulation results show that the pressure recovery coefficient FL value.
