摘要 液位监控及联锁是石化企业安全生产中的重要环节,液位开关是保证这一重要环节的关键设备,液位是否能被准确监控,联锁动作是否可靠直接取决于液位开关的性能好坏。本文简要叙述了几种常见液位开关工作原理优、缺点,并详细论述了ELL-SA外测液位开关的测量原理及其特点,并结合工业现场情况介绍了安装方法;通过几种液位开关的比对,可作为用户根据自身工业现场情况选用合适液位开关的参考。本文介绍ELL外测液位开关的工作原理、性能特点、安装调试及使用情况,案例说明ELL外测液位开关在汽柴油等储罐区中液位控制和联锁应用,体现ELL外测液位开关具有安全和经济效益的实用价值。 Liquid level monitoring and an important link in the chain of petrochemical enterprise safety production, liquid level switch is an important aspect of this critical equipment, liquid level can be accurately monitored, reliability of the chain moves directly depends on the performance of liquid level switch. This paper describes several common liquid level switch work principle advantages and disadvantages, and discusses the ELL-SA measuring liquid level switch the measuring principle and its charac- teristics, and industrial site of installation methods are introduced through several level switch on, but as the user according to their own reference for industrial field to choose the proper liquid level switch. Describes ELL measuring liquid level switch work prin- ciple, performance, installation and use of case ELL measurement level switches, such as gasoline and diesel oil tank liquid level control and interlocking applications, show ELL measurement level switches with safety and economic benefits of practical value.
