摘要
随着国民经济的迅猛发展,人们生活水平的日益提高,拉动能源的需求量不断增大,特别是对石油能源的需求与日俱增,这样就给石油最佳输送方式的管道运输带来了长足发展机遇,然而《安全生产法》《环境保护法》的出台,长输管道输送油气的安全稳定性突显重要,而各类智能仪表作为油气输送不可或缺的"神经"单元,其数据的稳定性和信号干扰问题也越来越受到人们重视。本文通过生产运行中的实际案例,分析了长输管道站场内变频电机可能对智能仪表存在干扰,提出了管道建设和更新改造时要注重仪表的选型,尤其重视仪表的抗干扰问题,以便提高管道运行的安全稳定性。
With the rapid development of national economy, the increasing of people's living standard, pull the growing demand for energy, especially to the increasing demand of petroleum energy, the best way to transport to oil pipeline transport has brought great opportunities for development, but the production safety law of the environmental protection act, long distance pipeline of oil and gas safety stability is important, and all kinds of intelligent instruments, as an essential part of oil and gas transmission "nerve" unit, the data of stability and the signal interference problems become more and more attention by people. Based on the operation of practical cases, this paper analyzes the long-distance pipeline stations might be in intelligent instrument exists interference field frequency conversion motor, puts forward the pipeline construction and upgrading to pay attention to the selection of instrument, especially pay attention to the anti-interference problem, in order to improve the safety of pipeline operation stability.
