随着自动化技术的发展及工业生产的需求,DCS系统因灵活化配置、分散式控制等特点在工业领域中应用广泛,市场上也随之有各式各样的DCS产品。然而DCS系统在使用时,受外在操作及内部组态等影响不可避免总会有异常或故障发生,干扰工业生产的正常运作。本文以Honeywell公司的DCS为例,就其在系统维护运行过程中易发生的常见问题进行分析并建议性地给出应对措施。

With the development of automation technology and the demand of the industrial production, DCS system for flexible configuration and distributed control is widely used in industrial field, has been on the market have a wide variety of DCS products. DCS system is in use, however, affected by the external and internal configuration operation and so on inevitably there will always be exceptions or failure occurs, interfere with the normal operation of industrial production. Based on Honeywell DCS, for example, is the common problem in system maintenance operation process is analyzed and proposed countermeasures are presented.
