上世纪90年代,模拟联合国活动进入中国高校并逐步发展壮大。在经济全球化背景下,国家间相互依赖日益加深,如何培养具有内在核心素质和外在实践能力的世界公民,是当前高等教育面临的紧迫课题。文章在研究世界公民培养目标的基础上,结合现场调研实践,分析探讨了模拟联合国活动中进行的完整的理论训练和模拟外交实践,肯定了模拟联合国活动在世界公民的培养上的重要作用。

In the 1990s, Model United Nations activities has been introduced into China and gradually grow flourish in colleges. Under the background of economic globalization, how to cultivate world citizens with the inner core quality and the external practical ability is the most urgent task for higher education. Based on the study of world citizen education goal and investigation practice , Model United Nations activities have an irreplaceable role in carrying out the complete theory of training and simulation of the diplomatic practice of the world citizens.
