直线齿廓内齿内啮合传动研究

摘要 提出了一种新型直线共轭内啮合齿轮副传动形式。其中内齿轮的齿廓为直线,外齿轮齿廓为与之共轭的曲线。定义了直线内齿齿廓方程,提出了外齿轮共轭曲线的求解方法,推导了该啮合传动的重合度计算公式。根据实例参数,绘制出齿轮副共轭齿廓并模拟了啮合过程,验证了这种齿轮传动的可行性。 A complete design method of a new internal gear is presented, in which the ring gear tooth profile is a straight line, the external gear tooth profile is conjugate with the straight line. The linear tooth internal tooth profile equation is defined, a calculation method of external gear tooth profile equation is proposed, and an equation for coincidence degree is derived. Finally, this method is proved to be available by giving an actual example, drawing out the gear transmission model and simulating the engaging process.
