摘要
利用多体动力学软件建立履带车辆非线性动力学仿真模型,通过仿真值与设计值和仿真数据与试验数据做对比,来对模型的精度和有效性进行检验和评价,证明了建立的动力学模型是有效的。对车辆在四种典型路面上以不同速度行驶时车体的振动特性进行了仿真分析,结果表明,采用多体动力学模型分析车辆振动特性可以达到较高的精度,该模型和建模采用的方法为履带车辆的行动系统设计和动力学分析提供了有效途径。
The nonlinear dynamics simulation model of a tracked vehicle is built using multi-body dynamics software. The accuracy and validity of the model are tested and evaluated by comparing the simulation value with the design value and the simulation data with the experimental data. It is proved that the established dynamic model is effective. The vibration characteristics of the vehicle are simulated and analyzed on four tyical roads at different speeds. It shows that multi-body dynamics simulation model of the vehicle ride comfort can achieve high accuracy, the model and modeling method can provide an effective way for the design of the running system and the dynamic analysis of the tracked vehicle.
