商用车瞬时油耗虚拟测试系统研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对商用车燃油进回油量大、进回油存在温差等特点,基于虚拟仪器搭建了商用车瞬时油耗测试系统,实现同步测量发动机的进回油瞬时油耗、整车累计油耗、进回油压力和温度、车速以及发动机转速等信息。首先,搭建测试系统硬件架构并对硬件进行选型,包括美国NI公司工业级控制器和C模块、便携式流量传感器等。其次给出了虚拟测试系统软件设计方案,包括运行在机箱中的FPGA程序和运行在c RIO控制器中的RT程序,以及运行在PC机中的数据采集与处理软件。最后进行了瞬时油耗精度对比试验和系统基本功能验证试验。试验结果表明测试系统瞬时油耗采集精确度高、累计油耗采集准确,能准确表现汽车油耗瞬时变化特征,为商用车燃油经济性的综合评估和节油技术优化提供了有效手段。 A test system was developed for the study of commercial vehicle instant fuel rate based on virtual test technology, which took the big inlet and outlet fuel capacity, and the big difference of inlet and outlet fuel temperature into consideration. The system aimed to test synchronously the parameters, such as fuel rate of inlet and outlet from/to engine, whole vehicle cumulative fuel consumption, the pressure and temperature of inlet and outlet fuel itself, the vehicle velocity, the engine speed, and so on. Firstly, hardware selection was determined and NI cRIO controller based test system was designed, which included NI controllers and C models with industrial reliability, and portable fuel sensor. Then, virtual software design of the test system was described in detail, which consisted of the FPGA software running in the controller chassis, the real-time software in the controller, and the data acquisition and process software in the PC. Finally, field tests were conducted including instant fuel accuracy comparison tests and test function validation tests. The tests results show that the developed test system has high acquisition accuracy for instant and cumulative fuel consumption, and can quantify precisely the details of instant fuel rate. The study of this paper provides an effective means to comprehensively evaluate and optimize the commercial vehicle fuel economy and relative fuel saving technology.
