摘要
针对传统燃煤热风炉浪费能源、污染环境以及热效率偏低等问题,研制了一种新型生物质热风炉,采用逆叉流换热方式,逆向换热,烟气和空气各走其道,热交换流道长,不仅热效率提高,而且节能环保,适合蔬菜、菌类等食品的烘干。
Aiming at the problems of waste energy, polluting environment and low thermal efficiency of traditional coal-fired hot air stove, a new biomass hot air furnace is proposed, which uses reverse flow heat transfer method for reverse heat transfer, in this way, flue gas and air takes its own course respectively, with long heat exchange channel. It not only improves thermal efficiency, but also is energy saving and environment-friendly, suitable for vegetables, fungus and other food drying.
