精神分裂症患者睡眠质量及其睡眠主观知觉研究

A comparative study on sleep quality and subjective perception of sleep in stable patients with paranoid schizophrenia

目的探讨稳定期偏执型精神分裂症患者的睡眠质量及其对自身睡眠状态的主观知觉。方法筛选60名稳定期偏执型精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和病例对照组,各30例,募集30名健康者为健康对照组,采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评估主观睡眠,研究组、健康对照组采用多导睡眠仪(PSG)监测客观睡眠情况。结果客观睡眠比较,研究组较健康对照组睡眠效率低(P<0.05)、SWS时间短(P<0.05);主观睡眠PSQI比较,研究组较健康对照组睡眠时间长(P<0.05)、睡眠效率低(P<0.05);研究组主-客观比较,研究组主观入睡潜伏期SOL高于客观(P<0.01),总睡眠时间TST低于客观(P<0.05)。结论稳定期偏执型精神分裂症患者较健康人睡眠效率低、慢波睡眠减少;而且对自身睡眠存在错误主观知觉,更多的是抱怨睡眠障碍严重程度。

Objective To explore the sleep quality and subjective perception of sleep in stable patients with paranoid schizophrenia. Method 60 stable patients with paranoid schizophrenia were randomly divided into study group（ 30 cases） and case-control group（ 30 cases）,and 30 healthy subjects were recruited as healthy control group. They were assessed with Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index（ PSQI） and Polysomnography（ PSG）. Results In study group,the sleep efficiency and time of slow-wave sleep monitored by PSG were worse than those in healthy control group（ P〈0. 05）. In study group,the total sleep time was longer and sleep efficiency was lower in PSQI compared with those in healthy control group（ P〈0. 05）. In study group,sleep latency of PSQI was longer than that of PSG（ P〈0. 01）; and total sleep time of PSQI was shorter than that of PSG（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Stable patients with paranoid schizophrenia have lower sleep efficiency and shorter slow-wave sleep than healthy persons; and they possess false subjective perception on their sleep,complaining on the severity of sleep disorders.
