高频重复经颅磁刺激对精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效研究

A comparative study of high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation to treat negative symptoms in patients with schizophrenia

目的探讨高频重复经颅磁刺激(r TMS)治疗精神分裂症阴性症状的疗效和安全性。方法将40例精神分裂症患者随机分为治疗组(应用高频r TMS治疗)和对照组(应用伪r TMS治疗),疗程8周。于治疗前及治疗后第4、8周末采用阳性和阴性综合征量表(PANSS)、阴性症状量表(SANS)和治疗中需处理的不良反应症状量表(TESS)评定疗效和不良反应。结果治疗后第8周末,治疗组PANSS总分及各因子分、SANS总分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05)。治疗后第8周末治疗组阴性因子减分和SANS总分减分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高频r TMS对精神分裂症患者的阴性症状有明确疗效,安全性好。

Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation（ r TMS） to treat negative symptoms in patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 40 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into study group with r TMS and control group without r TMS for 8 weeks of treatment. They were assessed with Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale（ PANSS）,Scale for the Assessment of Negative Symptoms（ SANS） and Treatment Emergent Symptom Scale（ TESS） at baseline,the 4thand 8thweekend of treatment. Results At the 8thweekend of treatment,the total score and all factor scores of PANSS and total score of SANS in study group were all significantly lower than those at baseline（ P〈0. 05）. At the 8thweekend of treatment,the reducing scores of negative factor score of PANSS and total score of SANS in study group were all significantly higher than those in control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no significant difference for the incidence rates of side effects between two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion It＇s effective and safe for high frequency r TMS to treat the negative symptoms in patients with schizophrenia.
