实时三维超声心动图在冠心病患者PCI术前后左室功能评价中的应用研究

Study on Real-Time Three Dimensional Echocardiography in the Evaluation of Left Ventricular Function in Patients with Coronary Heart Disease Before and After PCI Operation

目的探讨RT-3DE在冠心病患者PCI手术前后左室功能评价中的应用。方法选取择期行PCI术的冠心病患者33例为研究组,另选取同期进行体检的33例健康人员为对照组,两组均行二维超声心动图检查和RT-3DE检查。结果两组二维超声的心率、SPB、DPB比较无显著差异(P>0.05);研究组的LVEDd显著高于对照组,s EF显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组手术前RT-3DE检查的LVEDV、LVESV显著高于对照组,LVEF显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组术后3个月的LVEDV、LVESV、LVEF与对照组比较均无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论冠心病患者PCI手术前后采用RT-3DE可准确评价其左室功能。

Objective To explore the application of RT-3DE in the evaluation of left ventricular function in patients with coronary heart disease before and after PCI operation. Methods 33 cases of patients with coronary heart disease who received PCI operation were selected as the study group, and 33 cases of healthy persons who received physical examination at the same period were selected as the control group. Both groups received two-dimensional echocardiography and RT-3DE inspection, and the indicators of left ventricular function were compared between two groups. Results There were no significant difference between two groups in the heart rate, SPB and DPB of two-dimensional ultrasound （P〉0.05）; while the LVEDd of study group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the sEF was significantly lower than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. The LVEDV and LVESV of RT-3DE of study group before operation were significantly higher than those of control group, and the LVEF was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）; The indicators of study group 3 months after operation had no statistical difference compared with those of control group （P 〉0.05）. Conclusions RT-3DE applied in patients with coronary heart disease before and after PCI operation can evaluate the left ventricular function accurately.
