他汀类药物对慢性心力衰竭的临床治疗效果观察

Observation on the Clinical Curative Effect of Statins in the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure

目的观察他汀类药物治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床效果。方法选择我中心2013年3月至2016年8月收治的慢性心力衰竭患者100例为研究对象,根据治疗方法的不同分为两组各50例,对照组采用传统的治疗方法,观察组在传统治疗的基础上给予他汀类药物,比较两组的治疗效果。结果治疗前,两组的左心室射血分数和6 min步行试验距离比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的左心室射血分数和6分钟步行试验距离均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的心功能分级比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组的心功能分级显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用他汀类药物治疗慢性心力衰竭患者具有显著的临床效果。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of statins in the treatment of chronic heart failure. Methods 100 cases of patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our center from March 2013 to August 2016 were selected as research objects. According to the treatment methods, all cases were divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given conventional treatment, while the observation group was given statins therapy on the basis of conventional treatment. The curative effects of two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, no statistical difference was found between two groups in the left ventricular ejection fraction and distance of 6-rain walking test （P 〉0.05）; After treatment, the left ventricular ejection fraction and distance of 6-min walking test of observation group were significantly better than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. Before treatment, no statistical difference was found between two groups in cardiac function classification （P〉0.05）; After treatment, the cardiac function classification of observation group were significantly better than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Statins have significant clinical effect in the treatment of chronic heart failure.
