摘要
目的探讨血清Hcy和Lp(a)在冠心病中的表达水平及意义。方法选取我院2015年1月至2016年1月收治的180例冠心病患者作为实验组,根据患者疾病种类的不同分为三组,A组为稳定型心绞痛患者60例,B组为不稳定型心绞痛患者60例,C组为急性心肌梗死患者60例;同时选取60例健康体检者作为对照组。所有研究对象均接受血清Hcy和Lp(a)水平检测,并对检测结果进行分析。结果实验组冠心病患者的血清Hcy、Lp(a)水平以及TC、TG水平与对照组健康者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组、B组、C组患者的血清Hcy、Lp(a)水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组、B组、C组患者的TC、TG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论联合检测血清Hcy和Lp(a)水平可为冠心病患者的疾病预防、诊断以及治疗提供依据。
Objective To investigate the expression and significance of serum Hcy and Lp(a) in patients with coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods 180 cases of CHD patients admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were selected as experimental group; According to the disease types, all patients were divided into group A (stable angina pectoris, 60 cases), group B (unstable angina pectoris, 60 cases) and group C (acute myocardial infarction, 60 cases). 60 healthy cases were selected as control group. The levels of serum Hcy and Lp(a) of all subjects were detected and compared. Results The levels of serum Hcy and Lp(a) of CHD patients in experimental group were statistically different with those of healthy controls in control group (P〈0.05). There were statistical differences among group A, group B and group C in the levels of serum Hcy and Lp(a) (P〈0.05), while no statistical difference was found among group A, group B and group C in the levels of TC and TG (P 〉0.05). Conclusions Combined detection of Hcy and Lp (a) can provide evidence of disease prevention, diagnosis and treatment for CHD patients.
