摘要 宽频鼓室图是一项新颖的中耳分析技术。由于WBT测试提供的临床信息具有效率高、可靠性和客观性的特点,是评估中耳功能的一种有效的方法。目前尚处在实验研究阶段,在中耳积液、鼓膜穿孔及耳硬化症等中耳病变的诊断上有较高的敏感度。然而,因测试对象、测试方法和测试参数等尚未统一,在临床中尚未广泛应用。 Wideband tympanometry is a fairly new technology for middle ear testing.It is recommended as a relatively useful test with improved efficiency,reliability and objectivity.Wideband tympanometry is more sensitive in detecting middle ear effusion,tympanic membrane perforation,otosclerosis and other middle ear diseases.Still in experimental stage,it is not widely used in the clinic because its indications,techniques and testing parameters are yet to be standardized.
