Liaofenggu 3 was new millet variety by Sandy Land Amelioration and Utilization Research Institute of Liaoning with system selection method. Starting from introducing the breeding process of Liaofenggu 3, the characteristics and development application were discussed. Moreover, the cultivation techniques of Liaofenggu 3 were elaborated in detail.
