摘要
针对生产加工中出现的产品不良、冲头和刀口崩坏等现象,通过DEFORM仿真,分析了冲裁模具冲头与刀口的相对位置偏移量对模具和产品的影响,具体分析了模具冲头与刀口的相对位置偏移量对模具所受压力、冲头和刀口的疲劳强度、产品毛刺大小等几方面的严重危害,得出冲压模具冲头与刀口的相对位置偏移量对模具所受力的大小影响不大,但会降低冲头和刀口的疲劳强度、影响产品毛刺大小,降低产品生产效率和模具寿命,影响产品质量,并提出通过进行人工合模操作或通过使用合模机可以很好地改善冲头与刀口的相对位置偏移量,提高模具精度和产品质量。
According to the issues of bad product and collapsing of punch and edge,the influences of relative position deviation of punch and edge on the die and product were analyzed by DEFORM simulation.Then,the critical issues including the effect of relative position deviation of punch and edge on the die pressure,punch and edge fatigue strength,burr size etc.were analyzed.The facts show that the relative position deviation of punch and edge has little effect on the pressure,but the fatigue strength of punch and edge is weakened and the burr size is also influenced.Therefore,the production efficiency and the service life of die are reduced,and the product quality is influenced.Furthermore,the relative position deviation of punch and edge is improved by die closing machine or manual closing operation,and the die precision and product quality are also improved.
