摘要
高润滑皮膜钢板通过固化手段在合金化熔融镀锌钢板(GA钢板)表面的GA层形成固态润滑皮膜,紧密附着在钢板表面,从而降低钢板的表面摩擦系数,改善润滑性能,达到提高钢板成形性、削减原材料成本的目的。本研究采取适当方法对高润滑皮膜钢板和普通GA钢板的滑动性能、拉伸性能以及胀形性能进行了对比试验,并提出以成形余裕度作为成形性的评价参数,结合在实际汽车覆盖件生产中的成形余裕度测试。结果表明:高润滑皮膜钢板的各项性能对比普通GA钢板均有较大地提高;在成形稳定性方面,对比普通GA钢板提升了60%以上。目前,高润滑皮膜钢板已经在丰田、本田等汽车制造厂中被广泛使用。
Lubricant treated steel sheets forms a solid lubricating film on the surface of the alloyed molten galvanized steel sheets(GA steel sheets) by means of curing,and attaches tightly to the steel sheet surface so as to reduce the surface friction coefficient and improve the lubricant performance.Therefore,the formability of steel sheets is improved,and the cost of raw materials is reduced for purpose.The tests of sliding performance,drawing properties and bulging performance comparing lubricant treated steel sheets with normal GA steel sheets were carried out by appropriate methods,and the forming margin was regarded as evaluation parameters on formability.Then,the actual forming margin tests of automobile panel were conducted.The results show that performances of lubricant treated steel sheets are enhanced greatly in various fields and the forming stability is improved over 60% comparing with normal GA steel sheets.At present,it has been widely used in TOYOTA,HONDA and other automotive plants.
