摘要
四面六边透水框架在水流的作用下有很好的防冲促淤作用,近年来在长江航道整治工程中大面积使用,已逐渐成为航道整治工程中不可或缺的工程构件。四面六边透水框架预制件一直以来采用纯人工生产,工艺落后。通过对整体式四面六边透水框架预制使用泵送布料技术,以实现整体式四面六边透水框架机械化预制,与传统工艺相比,机械化预制能够保证质量、生产进度、降低成本。
The permeable framework with six sides has good scour and silt action under the action of water flow.In recent years, it obtains a large area application in the Yangtze River channel regulation project, which becomes gradually as an indispensable engineering component in waterway regulation engineering. Because the prefabrication is used pure manual production, the process is relatively backward.This paper introduces the integral six-side permeable frame prefabricated pumping fabric technique to achieve the mechanical prefabrication. Compared with the traditional process, the mechanization of prefabrication can ensure the quality and working schedule, and reduce the cost.
