摘要
依托黑沙洲航道整治二期工程，利用BIM技术解决施工实施及管理的几个关键问题，提出BIM应用实施方案。结果表明，BIM技术在航道整治施工组织模拟、施工进度及费用管理、协同工作、施工质量管理等方面具有较大应用价值，可在同类工程中推广应用。
Relying on Heishazhou waterway regulation project, BIM technology is used to solve several key problems in implementation and management of the construction, and plans of BIM application are put forward.The results show that the BIM technology has higher application value in waterway regulation construction organization simulation, construction schedule and cost management, collaborative work, construction quality management, etc., and carl be applied in the similar projects.
