超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗老年性白内障的疗效分析

Analysis of clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for treatment of senile cataract

目的 :分析用超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗老年性白内障的临床疗效。方法 :选取2014年9月至2016年9月期间在成都沙河堡医院就诊的80例老年性白内障患者作为研究对象。为这80例患者均应用超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术进行治疗,并观察其术后并发症的发生率、治疗前后其视力、眼压、前房深度和房角开放度。结果 :在进行治疗前,这80例患者的平均视力、平均眼压、平均前房深度和平均房角开放度分别为(0.14±0.07)、(14.36±3.87)mm Hg、(2.10±0.57)mm和(180.41±88.67)°。在治疗结束后,这80例患者的平均视力、平均眼压、平均前房深度和平均房角开放度分别为(0.37±0.77)、(10.57±1.34)mm Hg、(3.87±0.58)mm和(46.74±36.48)°。与进行治疗前相比,这80例患者治疗后其眼压、房角开放度更小,其视力更高,其前房深度更大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 :用超声乳化联合人工晶体植入术治疗老年性白内障的临床疗效显著,能够有效地改善患者的视力、前房深度和房角开放度,降低其眼压。

Objective： Analyses clinical effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for treatment of senile cataract. Method： Select 80 cases of senile cataract from September 2014 to September 2016 in Chengdu Shahebao Hospital for research object. Treat the 80 cases with phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation, observe incidence complication, sight, intraocular pressure, anterior chamber depth, anterior chamber angle before and after treatment. Results： Before treatment,average sight of the 80 cases is（0.14±0.07）, intraocular pressure is（14.36±3.87）mm Hg, anterior chamber depth is（2.10±0.57）mm, anterior chamber angle is（180.41±88.67）°.After treatment, average sight of the 80 cases is（0.37±0.77）, intraocular pressure is（10.57±1.34）mm Hg, anterior chamber depth is（3.87±0.58）mm, anterior chamber angle is（46.74±36.48）°.Compare with before treatment, intraocular pressure of patients is lower, anterior chamber depth is smaller, anterior chamber is deeper（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for treatment of senile cataract is significant effective, it can improve sight, anterior chamber depth and anterior chamber angle, decrease intraocular pressure.
