摘要
湿地保护管理是生态文明建设的重要内容和组成部分。当前,加强黑龙江省湿地保护管理的对策建议主要包括牢固树立保护优先的理念,理顺保护管理的组织体制,构建科学严谨的保护及监督机制,建立健全湿地生态补偿机制,拓展国际合作及跨界保护,加大科技投入力度,加强湿地文化的挖掘与宣传等。
The wetland protection and management is an important content and component of ecological civilization construction. At present, the countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the protection and management of wetland in Heilongjiang province mainly include firmly establishing the concept of conservation priority, rationalizing the organizational system of protection and management, constructing the mechanism of scientific and strict protection and supervision, establishing and improving the wetland ecological compensation mechanism, expanding international cooperation and cross-border protection, increasing investment in science and technology, strengthening the excavation and promotion of wetland culture, etc.
