Industry Choice and Countermeasures of Henan Province to Undertake Industrial Transfer from the Perspective of Low Carbon Economy

整合了低碳经济和产业转移的概念,通过分析河南省三次产业结构和"十三五"规划,提出了河南省承接低碳产业转移的必要性和原则。依据产业梯度系数比较分析河南省可以承接的地区及相应产业。根据河南省地区优势,详细分析了河南省承接产业转移的对策,以进一步优化三次产业结构,实现地区经济和社会生态环境协调可持续发展。

Integrated the concept of low-carbon economy and industrial transfer, through the analysis of the three industries in Henan province and the ＂13th Five-Year＂ plan, proposed to undertake the necessity and principles of low carbon industrial transfer in Henan province. Based on the industrial gradient coefficient, this paper compared and analyzed the regions and the corresponding industries in Henan province. According to the regional advantages of Henan Province, this paper analyzed the countermeasures of Henan province to undertake industrial transfer, in order to optimize the three industrial structure and realize the sustainable development of regional economy and social ecological environment.
