Research on the Tourism Development of Forest Park based on SWOT Model——Taking Shandong Wede Mountain National Forest Park as an Example

根据伟德山国家森林公园的发展现状及特点,利用SWOT模型对公园森林生态旅游发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁对森林公园的区位、资源、客源市场及组织管理能力等方面进行剖析,并提出针对性的发展策略,以期为森林公园生态旅游的可持续发展提供参考。

According to the development status and characteristics of Wede mountain national Forest Park, this paper analyzes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of the development of the park＇ s forest eco-tourism by using SWOT model, and analyzes the location, resources, tourist market and organizational management ability of Forest Park, and put forward the corresponding development strategy, in order to provide a reference for the sustainable development of ecological tourism in Forest Park.
