某船用柴油机轴系扭振计算与实测分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了对某型柴油机轴系簧片式扭振减振器的刚度特性有进一步的了解,在建立该型柴油机轴系当量扭振模型的基础上,运用传统的Holzer法,对柴油机轴系进行固有振动扭振计算,得到了系统前6阶的振动频率及振型;通过发电机组轴系的实机测试,得到轴系的固有扭振频率及额定工况下的扭振特性。将扭振计算结果与实测结果进行对比分析,结果表明:簧片式扭振减振器在额定载荷下与空载工况下扭转刚度相差很大,将减振器刚度修正后再次对比,轴系扭振计算结果与实测结果误差小于5%,符合要求。 In order to understand the stiffness characteristics of a type of diesel engine shaft reed-type torsional vibration damper,on the basis of establishing the equivalent torsional vibration model of a diesel engine shaft system,the traditional vibration method is used to calculate the vibration frequency and vibration mode of the first 6th order.Through the real machine test of the generator shaft system,the natural vibration frequency of the shaft system and the torsional vibration characteristic under the rated working condition are obtained.The results show that the torsional vibration of the reed-type torsional vibration absorber is very different from the torsional rigidity under the rated load and the no-load condition,and the stiffness of the damper is corrected and analyzed again.The difference between shaft torsional vibration calculation results and the measured results of the error is less than 5%,meeting the requirements.
