消声金属网降低低压EGR系统噪声的仿真研究 被引量:1

摘要 低压EGR技术在发动机节油、减排等方面有着重要的作用,随着油耗以及排放法规的日益严苛,EGR技术在增压汽油发动机上的应用逐渐成为一种趋势。虽然增加EGR技术可以提升发动机的燃油经济性,但同时也带来了一些负面的影响—噪声问题。作为整车评价的一个重要指标,NVH的好坏对顾客的驾乘感受有较大的影响,解决噪声问题是EGR技术应用过程中必须要解决的一个难题。通过在EGR系统相应位置增加金属网等消声结构,优化低压EGR系统的布置方案,进而降低因增加EGR系统后产生的噪声,推动低压EGR技术在汽油机上的应用。 LP-EGR technology had played an important role in reducing the fuel consumption and pollutant emission.With the development of the increasingly strict fuel economy and emission regulations,it's becoming a trend that EGR technology will be applied to turbocharged gasoline engine.Although LP-EGR technology can improve the engine fuel economy,at the same time,it also brought some negative effects,such as noise problem.As an important technical index of the vehicle evaluation system,NVH has a great influence for the customer's driving comfort,so the noise problem needs to be solved when we apply the EGR technology to the turbocharged gasoline engine.By adding the noise prevention metal net,the design proposal of EGR system will be optimized,it will reduce the EGR system noise problem to promote the LP-EGR technology applied to the gasoline engine.
