无弹力自锁挂线结合拖线治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床研究

Clinical Study of Inelastic and Self-holding Seton Operation with Thread-dragging Therapy in Treatment of High Complex Anal Fistula

目的:观察无弹力自锁挂线结合拖线治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效。方法:将60例高位复杂性肛瘘随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例,治疗组采用无弹力自锁式挂线结合拖线治疗高位复杂性肛瘘;对照组采用传统切开挂线术治疗高位复杂性肛瘘,并进行对比观察。结果:治疗组与对照组总显效率分别为93.3%和90.0%,无明显差异(P>0.05),但两组间的疗程、肛门功能情况等存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗高位复杂性肛瘘时,无弹力自锁式挂线结合拖线治疗与传统切开挂线术相比,具有手术操作简便、对组织损伤小、痛苦小、疗程短、肛门功能保护好等优点,该术式的应用使得高位复杂性肛瘘治疗更加简便、安全、有效。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of inelastic and self-holding seton operation with thread-dragging therapy in treatment of high complex anal fistulal Methods： Sixty cases of high complex anal fistula were randomly divided into two groups. Thirty cases in the treatment group were treated with inelastic and self-holding seton operation with thread-dragging therapy. The other 30 cases in control group were treated with conventional incision and thread-drawing technique, Results： The cure rate of the treatment group and the control group were 93.3% and 90.0% respectively, the difference showed no statistical significance （P〉0.05）. There were significant difference in course of treatment, and anal function between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The inelastic and self-holding seton operation with thread-dragging therapy is an effective and safe procedure for high complex anal fistula.
