Result analysis of colonoscopy in 2216 cases

目的分析泰安地区行结肠镜检查者结直肠患病情况,探讨结肠镜筛查的必要性。方法对2013年4月—2015年10月于泰山医学院附属医院胃肠镜室行结肠镜检查的门诊及住院患者2216例,进行回顾性分析,了解各种肠道疾病的发病率及结、直肠癌与性别、年龄的相关性。结果 2216例患者中男性1295例,共发现疾病1165例,占男性患者的89.96%,女性921例,共发现疾病777例,占女性患者的84.36%。2216例患者中结直肠炎占32.40%,结直肠息肉20.52%,结直肠炎合并息肉11.74%,结肠癌4.33%,直肠癌4.65%,溃疡性结肠炎6.18%。结论结直肠疾病发病率高,男性总发病率高于女性,中年及以上人群应重视结肠镜筛查,以早期发现结直肠癌及癌前病变,提高治疗效果,改善预后。

Objective： To analyze colorectal diseases of colonoscopy in Taian area,disscussing about the necessity of colonoscopy screening. Methods： Outpatient and hospitalized patients who went the colonoscopy in taishan medical school affiliated hospital from April 1,2013 to October 31,2015 were retrospectively analyzed,analyzing the incidence of various intestinal disease and the correlation of sex,age and colorectal cancer. Results： A total of 2216 cases were recruited in this study. There were 1295 male cases and 1165 cases of various diseases which accounts for 89. 96% of the number of male patients,there were 921 female cases and 777 cases of various diseases which accounts for 84. 36% of the number of female patients. The total incidence of all examined patients： colitis accounts for 32. 40%,colorectal polyp accounts for 20. 52%,colitis with polyps accounts for 11. 74%,colon cancer accounts for 4. 33%,rectal cancer accounts for 4. 65%,ulcerative colitis accounts for 6. 18%. Conclusions： The incidence of colorectal diseases is high and The overall incidence of male is higher than women,especially Middle-aged and older men and women should pay attention to colonoscopy screening,to find colorectal cancer and precancerous lesions In the early stages,improving the effect of treatment and prognosis.
