计算机断层摄影尿路造影检查在泌尿系疾病诊断中的应用

Application of computed tomography urography in the diagnosis of urinary tract diseases

目的探讨计算机断层摄影尿路造影检查(CTU)在泌尿系统疾病诊断中的价值。方法选取2014年6月至2016年6月广东省南雄市中医院外科收治的患者30例为研究对象,均行CTU检查,分析其检查结果及CTU检查诊断泌尿系统疾病的灵敏度、特异度、准确度。结果 30例患者中,输尿管结石8例,8例中均见不同程度肾盂、输尿管扩张,其中肾功能损害1例,输尿管先天畸形2例,重复肾盂畸形1例,肾盂癌1例,肾癌2例,肾盂囊肿2例,输尿管囊肿2例,无异常改变3例,无异常病例9例;CTU检查诊断泌尿系统疾病的灵敏度为83.33%,特异度为66.67%,准确度为76.67%。结论 CTU检查在泌尿外科疾病的诊断、鉴别诊断中具有重要价值,值得在临床应用实践。

Objective： To investigate the value of computed tomography urography（CTU） in the diagnosis of urologicaldiseases. Methods Thirty patients admitted in the Department of Surgery,Nanxiong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangdong provincebetween June 2014 and June 2016 were selected as study subjects. All patients were examined by CTU. The results and sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CTU in diagnosis ofurologicaldiseases were analyzed. Results Among the 30 cases,there were 8 cases with ureteral calculi,8 cases with different degrees of pelvis and ureter dilatation,of whom there was 1 case with renal function damage; there were 2 cases with congenital deformity of ureter;1 case withrepeated deformity of renal pelvis; 1 case with pelvis cancer,2 cases with renal cancer; 2 cases with renal pelvic cysts,2 cases with ureter cysts,3 cases without abnormal changes and 9 cases without abnormality; The sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of CTU in diagnosis ofurologicaldiseases were 83. 33%,66. 67% and76. 67% respectively. Conclusion CTU is of great value in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of urologicaldiseases,and it is worth to be applied in clinical practice.
