Construction and Application on Maternal and Child Health Service Management Information System

随着人口卫生信息化水平的不断进步,对各地区妇幼健康信息系统的建立提出了更高的要求。本文以锦州市妇幼健康服务管理信息系统为研究对象,对系统用户、架构、功能、移动应用等方面做出阐述,探索进一步应用信息化手段提高基层医疗机构孕产妇及儿童保健服务能力,推进妇幼保健信息标准规范的应用落地。通过市级区域卫生信息平台实现跨机构跨系统间妇幼信息共享和使用,并对妇幼系统功能拓展做出论述。

With the constant improvement of informatization level and popularity of health information, there is an increasing demand on maternal and child health information in all districts. Taken the Maternal and Child Health Service Management Information System in Jinzhou city as research object, this essay explored methods in improving maternal and child health care service capacity via fully utilizing information technologies after reviewing the system user, structure, functions and applications on mobile terminals, promoting the implementation of standard specification of Maternal and Child Health Service Management Information System. The essay elaborated on the function expansion of the Maternal and Child Health Service Management Information System by sharing and employing information of maternal and children cross systems and organizations on the local medical care system platform of Jinzhou city.
