基于医疗云的住院医师规范化培训管理系统设计

A Design for Standardized Training Management System of Resident Based on Medical Cloud

住院医师规范化培训管理系统是医疗服务信息化建设中不可缺少的一部分。我国住院医师规范化培训管理工作仍不够标准规范,存在诸多问题,信息化管理水平亟待提高。目前,国内多家医院已经开始建立医疗云平台,但尚未见到基于医疗云的住院医师规范化培训的研究工作。本文以加强资源共享和服务能力、提高培训管理水平为出发点,研究并设计基于医疗云平台的住院医师规范化培训管理系统,并对住院医师规范化培训的相关部门提出建议,通过加大重视力度和不断改善管理模式,来提高我国住院医师规范化培训的质量。

The standardized training management system of resident is an indispensable part of the construction of medical service information. The management of standardized training of resident is still not standardized enough, and the level of information management needs to be improved. At present, a number of domestic hospitals have begun to establish a medical cloud platform, but the research of standardized training management system for resident based on medical cloud has not yet seen. To strengthen the resource sharing and service ability, and improve the training management level, this paper conduct a study and design of the standardized training management system of resident based on medical cloud platform, and put forward recommendations to the relevant departments that increasing attention and continuously improving the management model to enhance the quality of standardized training of residents in China.
