Design and Implementation of Hospital Collaboration Office Platform

协同办公平台的作用是将医院各类在用以及在建的办公系统集成到该平台上,由它统一管理和调度,实现包括用户单点登录、共享数据的调用、权限维护以及平台资源的有效管理等多种功能。经过对需求的深入分析和研究,解决方案实质就是设计一套数据存储结构,并对用户、角色、模块、部门等基本信息以及它们之间的逻辑关系进行描述。基于这套架构和数据的支撑,协同办公平台就能最大限度的发挥它应有的管理和整合功能,对医院信息化建设具有里程碑式的意义。

The collaboration office platform（COP） is a container that integrates different MIS systems. COP is responsible for manage and call these systems. COP also provides several core functions such as single sign-on, data sharing, permission maintenance, resource management and so on. To develop the architecture of COP, we design a set of data storage structure to store basic information of user, role, module and department, as well as their logical relationship[1]. Based on this architecture, COP can play an important role on its management and integration functions.
