摘要
农村女性作为我国人均受教育水平的滞后群体,其职业教育发展受到传统观念、女性自身因素、缺乏因地制宜特性、资金短缺等核心问题的制约。文章基于陶行知"小先生制"思想,对农村女性职业教育面临的困境进行分析,并提出应对策略。
As a lagging group of per capita educational level, rural women＇s vocational education has been restricted by traditional concepts, women＇s own factors, lack of local characteristics and lack of funds. Based on Tao Xingzhi＇s idea of ＂little man system＂,this paper analyzes the predicament faced by rural women＇s vocational education and puts forward some countermeasures.
