新型职业农民素质是职业农民培育的重要内容。目前,我国职业农民素质水平无法满足现代农业的需要。基于职业农民素质现状调查分析,提出新型职业农民综合素质培养与提升之道,以便促进区域农业发展。

The new type of professional farmers＇ quality is the important content of the cultivation of professional farmers. At present, the quality of professional farmers in our country can not meet the needs of modern agriculture. Based on the investigation and analysis of the quality of the professional peasants, this paper puts forward the ways to cultivate and promote the comprehensive quality of the new type of professional peasants, so as to promote the development of regional agriculture.
