摘要
为了培养具有创新能力的高技能复合型机械人才,本文以"设计、制造、装调"为三大专业核心职业岗位能力培养目标,在机械制造与自动化专业探索实施"二平台、三核心、四通道"的人才培养模式。同时,运用层次分析法(AHP)构建培养模式层次结构模型,深入探讨培养模式、核心目标、实施成效之间的内在逻辑关系,并验证"二平台、三核心、四通道"人才培养模式的合理性与有效性。
In order to cultivate the high-skilled complex mechanical talent with ability of innovative,This paper based on "design, manufacture, installation and adjustment" as the three major professional core position training objectives. In Zhe Jiang Industry Polytechnic College of mechanical manufacture speciality , We are exploring the " Two Platforms, Three cores and Four Channels personnel training mode. At the same time, construct a hierarchy model of cultivating patterns by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to explore intrinsic relationships between cultivating patterns, core targets and implementation effects, and verify the rationality and effectiveness "two-platform, three-core, four-channel" personnel training model.
