新入职教师工作岗位适应性调查研究——以浙江省高职院校为例 被引量:2

摘要 调查研究表明,浙江省内部分高职院校新入职教师多为"门TO门"教师,他们工作岗位适应性及幸福指数偏低。通过对新入职教师岗位适应性原因分析,可以从总院、二级学院、教研室、教师自身四个方面切入,即总院做好统筹规划构建宏观培训体系;二级学院做好培训工作具体落实;教研室做好方案细化和校企合作对接;新入职教师做好个人自主研发学习加自我心理调适,以加速新入职教师的成长。 The survey shows that some new teachers in higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang province are " door to door" teachers, and their job adaptability and happiness index are low. Through the analysis of the job adaptability of the new teachers,we can start from four aspects of the university, secondary college, teaching and research section and teachers themselves, that's to say, the university carries out the macro training systems;The implementation of the training work is conducted by the secondary college; The teaching and research section completes the plan refinement and the school-enterprise docking; The new teachers do personal independent research and development learning and psychological adjustment to accelerate the growth of new teachers.
