摘要
为解决高职煤炭安全类专业学生的就业困难,通过对近五年煤炭安全类专业毕业生的就业跟踪调查,针对当前煤炭行业产能过剩、煤炭企业人才需求疲软、社会对煤炭行业认可度不高、学生到煤炭行业就业积极性不高、学院人才培养及专业调整滞后、学生专业知识薄弱等问题,从发挥政府和社会作用、深化煤炭企业内部改革、完善就业服务体系、提高学院人才培养质量等方面提出了解决煤炭安全类专业学生就业困境的对策措施。
In order to solve the problem of employment difficulty for higher vocational graduates of coal safety major, the employment situation and employment track of coal safety specialty graduates in five years are analyzed in this paper. According to the problem that the production capacity is surplus in coal industry, the talent demand of coal enterprise is weak, the social approval of coal industry and the enthusiasm of employment in coal industry are not high, the talent training and specialty adjustment is delayed, and the student's specialized knowledge is limited, a series of countermeasures for solving employment difficulty of higher vocational graduates is put forward to guarantee the safety, high efficiency, accuracy of coal industry with supply talents. The countermeasures include playing the role of government and society, deepen reform in coal enterprise,enhancing the talent training quality, and improving the service system of employment.
